Spring Gear Swap & Clothing Donation
Bring your new or gently used rowing/training gear to swap with fellow CBC members and junior athletes. The bar will be open, and food will be served! We need four volunteers to help set up for the gear swap. Please reach out to Caitlin if you can help!

During the gear swap, the outreach committee will be collecting donations to be distributed to emergency shelters in the Cambridge area. All gently worn, good-condition shoes and clothing are appreciated. Men's and women's size large, extra large, and extra extra large clothing and any shoes of any size for both children and adults are particularly appreciated. If you can't come to the clothing swap on May 23rd, you can donate until June 1st. A box will be kept in the library until then. No contribution is too small!

All are welcome to come to swap, donate, or just socialize! Contact caitlintrottier@gmail.com if you can volunteer or you have any questions!

Thanks to G&G Volunteers
Thanks to all who helped out with the Garden & Grounds party on Saturday. Led by Bob Lee, Marilyn Koblan, Terry Dewitt, Cindy Matthes, Cathy Han and Sarah Cowherd made quick work of planting the geraniums, then getting the watering system installed and secured. Susan Karcz and Nina Streeter assembled the last of the Adirondack chairs, and Tom Pounds took on some much needed pruning of the trees out front. Kathy Keeler assisted with tasks small and large. Additional thanks go out to Anne Faber for receiving the flowers on Friday and Claire Callewaert, who ordered them -- the color is stunning! We look forward to seeing you on June 15 for the next work party.

Final Call for CBC Blazer Orders
Members should order by Thursday May 23 which is also the date of the Gear Swap!  So make room in your closet for a new blazer by bringing some lightly used kit to swap.

Blazers are $570 with pick up at the CBC Boathouse. If you would like your initials added to the blazer the charge is $27.

We hope you will join us!
